01The standard we build to

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA across this website. That is a target we design and test against, not a certification we hold — no third party has audited this site.

02What is in place

• Contrast is measured, not eyeballed. An automated check reads the computed colours of real rendered pages and fails the build below the 4.5:1 text floor — including text over photographs and gradients, where contrast problems usually hide.
• Every control shows keyboard focus. Links, buttons and form fields carry a visible focus ring that appears immediately rather than fading in, so you can always see where you are when navigating by keyboard. On narrow screens, the navigation menu closes with the Escape key and returns focus to the button that opened it.
• Touch targets are sized for real hands. Interactive elements are built to at least 44 × 44 pixels on mobile, including the footer links and the menu button.
• Motion respects your system setting, and the one moving background can be stopped. With “reduce motion” enabled, entrance animations lose their movement and duration entirely and content simply appears. Nothing on this site scales, spins or flashes. The homepage header carries one slow ambient animation — a drifting contour field behind the text — and it has a Pause button, so it can be stopped whatever your system setting says. It is the only continuous animation on the site.
• Structure is real, not visual. Headings run in order without skipped levels, navigation and breadcrumbs are labelled landmarks, decorative icons are hidden from screen readers, and form fields are properly associated with their labels and error messages.
• The navigation can be skipped. The first thing the Tab key reaches on every page is a “Skip to main content” link, and it moves focus into the page rather than only scrolling to it — so the next Tab lands on the page’s own first link, not back at the top of the menu.
• Pages load without waiting on anyone else. Fonts and icons are served from this domain, so text does not sit invisible while a third-party font network responds — which matters most on the slow connections where accessibility problems compound.

03Where we fall short

Stated plainly, because you should be able to tell before you hit them:

• No formal third-party audit has been carried out, and we have not tested every page end-to-end with every screen reader. Our conformance claim is based on our own testing and automated checks.
• The demo calculator is dense. It carries many numeric inputs and derived figures, and while its fields are labelled, it has not been tuned for non-visual use the way the rest of the site has.
• Exploratory design variants are exempt. Unfinished layouts we are still testing internally are not held to these standards until they are promoted to a real page. They are not linked from anywhere on the site.

04Tell us what does not work

If any part of this site blocks you, we want the specific page and what happened — that is far more useful than a general report. Write to director@mynkleenergies.in with:

• The address of the page.
• What you were trying to do, and where it stopped.
• Your browser and any assistive technology you were using, if you know it.

We aim to acknowledge within five working days and to tell you either when it will be fixed or how to get the same information another way in the meantime. If you need something from this site in a different format, ask and we will send it.
