01What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the mynkleenergies.in website. By reading it you accept them; if you do not, stop using the site.

They do not govern any work Mynkle Energies does for you. Consulting, implementation and verification engagements run under their own signed engagement letters, and where those disagree with anything on this page, the engagement letter wins. Nothing on this website — no page, no figure, no form submission — creates a contract or a professional engagement between us.

02Information, not advice

The content here is general information about what we do. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, engineering or accounting advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement applied to your own circumstances.

03The demo calculator

The carbon-neutrality action planner is a working demonstration module. The arithmetic behind it is real and it comes out of delivered work, but it is pre-filled with sample data, it has no save, export or account, and it is published so you can see how we model a decarbonization plan — not so you can produce one you rely on.

• Its outputs are illustrative estimates produced from the assumptions shown on screen. Change the assumptions and the answer changes.
• It is not an emissions inventory, not a verification, and not an assurance statement. Nothing it prints may be presented as a verified figure.
• It does not send your inputs anywhere — see the privacy policy.
• It is offered as-is and may change or be withdrawn without notice.

04Verification and the registry

Verification is led by a certified ISO 14064 Lead Verifier, competent to verify Scope 1, 2 and 3 greenhouse-gas assertions.

Our advisory work and our verification work are run as separate engagements and are kept independent of one another. Where we have built an organization’s roadmap, we do not present that organization as one we have verified without a separate verification engagement conducted on its own terms.

The registry records what was verified — scope, reporting period, assurance level — as stated in the verification statement at the time it was issued. It is a record, not a ranking, and it is not a guarantee of any organization’s current performance. A listing does not transfer any right to use our name or the ISO standard’s name as an endorsement.

05Statements about the platform

The platform pages distinguish between what is live, what is in build and what is planned, and we hold ourselves to that wording. Descriptions of modules that are not yet released describe an intention, not a commitment: they carry no dates, and they are not a promise that a given capability will ship, ship in that form, or be included in any engagement.

06Intellectual property

The text, design, diagrams, code and images on this site belong to Mynkle Energies unless stated otherwise. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation, and quote from them with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial parts as your own, resell the content, or use our name or logo to suggest an endorsement or a partnership that does not exist.

Standard names such as ISO 14064 and the GHG Protocol belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe the standards we work to. We reproduce no other organization’s certification mark, badge artwork or scheme branding. The typeface and icon set carried by this site are used under their own licences.

07Acceptable use

Do not:

• Use the enquiry forms to send unsolicited marketing, abuse, or anything unlawful.
• Submit someone else’s personal details as though they were your own.
• Attempt to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it. If you have found a security issue, tell us at director@mynkleenergies.in — a report made in good faith is welcome.
• Scrape or re-publish the registry in a way that misrepresents what a listing says.

08Availability and links

The site is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, move or remove any part of it. Where we link to another organization’s site — a standards body, for instance — we do not control it and are not responsible for what it contains.

09Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Mynkle Energies is not liable for loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content — including the demo calculator’s outputs — where no engagement letter is in place. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability arising from work we actually perform is governed by the engagement letter for that work, not by this page.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

11Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Questions go to director@mynkleenergies.in.
