01This site sets no cookies

Not analytics cookies, not preference cookies, not “strictly necessary” cookies. Open your browser’s storage inspector on any page of this site and the cookie list is empty.

02What we measure instead

We do count visits — a site that measures nothing cannot tell whether anything on it works. Two measurement tools run, both from Vercel, our hosting provider:

• Web analytics — page views, rough geography, referring site, and a handful of named actions: an enquiry sent, the calculator completed, the registry filtered, a main call-to-action clicked.
• Speed measurement — how long pages actually take to load and become usable on real devices.

Both are cookieless. Neither stores an identifier on your device, neither can follow you to another website, and neither produces a record of an individual visitor — what comes back to us are counts. Both are served from this domain rather than from a third-party analytics network, so no outside company learns that you were here.

What we do with those counts is described in the privacy policy.

03The one thing stored in your browser

For completeness, because it is storage even though it is not a cookie: the theme library this site is built on writes a single entry called theme into your browser’s local storage, recording the display theme. The site is currently locked to its light theme, so the value never varies.

It is never sent to us or to anyone else — local storage does not travel with requests the way a cookie does — and clearing site data in your browser removes it. Nothing on the site breaks if it is gone.

04No third-party requests at all

Most sites that claim to set no cookies still load fonts, icons, maps, video players or chat widgets from other companies — each of which sees your IP address and the page you are on, whether or not a cookie is involved. This one loads nothing from anywhere else:

• The typeface and the icon set are served from this domain.
• There are no embedded videos, maps, chat widgets or social buttons.
• There is no advertising technology of any kind.

If that ever changes, this page changes first, and a change that requires your consent will ask for it rather than assume it.

05What you can turn off

Because nothing here identifies you, there is little to opt out of — but the controls exist:

• Blocking scripts, or using a browser or extension that blocks analytics, stops the visit counts. The site is built so that this breaks nothing: every page, form and the calculator work with measurement blocked.
• Clearing site data removes the theme entry described above.

We do not currently detect “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signals, and we would rather say so than claim a compliance we have not implemented — the measurement those signals are aimed at is not happening here in the first place.

06Changes to this page

This page states what the site does today, and it is checked whenever the site’s dependencies change. If you inspect this site and find a cookie or a third-party request that is not described here, that is a defect and we want to know: write to director@mynkleenergies.in.
